Welling and Wellbeing Suite
Welling School are also pleased to announce their success in a recent funding application to Sport England. The funding has enabled the school to implement a new Wellness and Wellbeing Suite, which will be used by the staff and students at Welling School.
The wellbeing suite consists of :
- 1 x Treadmill
- 2 x Cross Trainers
- 4 x Upright Cycles with 7" Tactile Key Console
- 4 x Club Line Indoor Rowing Machines
- 1 x Club Line Multi Pulley 1 x 100kg Weight Stack Tower
- A selection of training bumper plates 5kg - 20kg
- A selection of dumbbells and Kettlebells 4kg - 32kg
- 4 x Club Line adjustable incline benches
- 1 x Counterbalance Smith machine
The school recognises the importance of health and fitness and how this can improve better mental health, academic performance, increased energy levels and improve social skills, it can also help to reduce the risk of chronic disease.
