As well as having an unstinting belief that every young person, whatever their starting point can make and sustain exceptional progress, our new leadership colleague will have a clear understanding of the critical role this area of the curriculum has in developing our students as tolerant, accepting and personable young people aware of British values.
Your previous experience as a leader is less important to us than your clear vision on what can be achieved for our students and your ability to motivate and inspire those around you. You will be joining a team of strong and experienced school leaders who will do whatever it takes to help you to succeed in your new and exciting role.
As well as having a passion for young people and their futures our colleague will:
- be a dynamic professional with a desire for rapidly improving standards

- have the ability to engage, inspire and build excellent relationships with both students and staff
- be emotionally intelligent, able to maintain a sense of calm and demonstrate excellent patience.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly ambitious team of staff and make a real impact on our students’ lives. The successful candidate will have the chance to work with students across the full age and ability range.
