We have a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified or more experienced professional to join our Drama department. We are looking to employ an inspirational, enthusiastic teacher who has a real passion for Drama. You will need to be energetic, innovative and able to inspire students both in the classroom and through extra-curricular activities.

Drama is taught from Year 7 to Year 13 and is extremely popular and successful. A vibrant extra-curricular programme, including an Annual School Production, makes Drama high profile in the school. The successful candidate must have the ability to contribute to the teaching of GCSE and A Level Drama. Here at Welling School we aim to create opportunities and support achievement for students and teachers alike.  We believe in working collaboratively, sharing ideas and supporting each other to achieve great things as we further develop innovative teaching and learning strategies.  You should be able to teach across the ability range for all key stages and be passionate about developing teaching and learning.

If you are interested in working in a creative and supportive faculty, with colleagues who have a vision of outstanding teaching and learning and a passion to inspire every student, we would like to hear from you.
